5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the pitch materials you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your materials solely for the purpose of generating your assessment. We do not claim ownership of your content, and your materials are not used to train AI models.
6. Not Investment or Financial Advice
The Service provides presentation coaching feedback only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or due diligence of any kind. Scores and feedback reflect an AI assessment of presentation quality and should not be relied upon for investment decisions, fundraising strategy, or any financial purpose. You should consult qualified professionals for investment, financial, or legal advice.
7. AI-Generated Feedback
The feedback and scores provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions, not definitive evaluations. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. While we strive for accuracy, you should use your own judgment when acting on the recommendations provided. AI feedback is not a substitute for professional coaching, mentorship, or advisory services.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: the accuracy of AI feedback, the outcome of your pitch or Demo Day presentation, investment decisions, fundraising outcomes, financial losses, or any other decisions made based on the Service's output. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (US $50), whichever is greater.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Data Retention
Uploaded files and assessment results are retained while your account is active. You may delete your data at any time through account settings. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
