Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication via magic link sign-in. We do not collect passwords.
Pitch Materials
When you submit an assessment, we process your pitch video and deck files. Videos are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper, and decks are analyzed using Claude Vision. These files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
Usage Data
We automatically collect standard usage data including browser type, device information, and pages visited to improve our service.
3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Protection
- All files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Your pitch materials are never used to train AI models
- Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity

- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
- Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3 — Encrypted file storage
- OpenAI — Video transcription (Whisper)

- Vercel — Application hosting
